Microwave barriers

Microwave sensors are motion detection devices that create an invisible, cigar-shaped, shielded volume of microwave energy between a transmitter and a receiver.

Dual barriers

The dual infrared/microwave system combines two technologies – active infrared and microwave – with intelligent A logic that minimizes false alarms. Detection is reliable and accurate when an intrusion is detected by both sensors simultaneously within a short time interval.

Outdoor intrusion detection sensors detect an intruder crossing a specific boundary or entering a protected zone. The sensors can be placed in clear areas, such as open fields, around buildings, or along fence lines. Outdoor sensors must not only be resistant enough to withstand outdoor weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, and snow, but also reliable enough to detect an intrusion even during such adverse weather conditions.
